About Me

I’m Rachael Lloyd – a professional coach, communications expert and former Relationship Expert at eharmony, where I spent six years studying what makes relationships thrive or fail. Before that, I worked as a journalist and commissioning editor at the Daily Mail, bringing a sharp, evidence-based eye to human behaviour and communication.

Today, I coach women who want more from love – whether that means healing from heartbreak, embracing single life, or preparing for a healthy relationship in the future. My approach blends relationship psychology with clear, practical coaching so you can understand your emotional patterns, rebuild confidence and make choices from strength rather than fear.

At eharmony I saw how much confusion and burnout modern dating creates. Many women now feel disillusioned – unsure whether to keep dating, take a break, or focus on themselves. My work helps you find clarity in that space: learning to enjoy single life as a time of growth and stability, and, when you’re ready, approach love again with insight, self-awareness and skill.
